    I entered my password/email address into the sign on and it has **** *****. I've had my email address for a very long time and never made one with that name. It doesn't seem to be able to find my proper one. Any ideas?

    I love the idea of the joke, but it was not very well planned. You should have signed in to your brother account to change the name, hence a password, and just doing this made it funnier for you brother. But no, I am sorry you cannot change your name for
    free after using a one time name change. P.S. I am pretty sure we would all like to know what you changed your name too.

    GTA4 does not give you access to change your Xbox gamertag - if it changes something, it's GTA-specific. 'Glitch in the system' points to a billing problem. Visit
    http://commerce.microsoft.com and sign in there to review your billing and payment data, or call Billing (Option 1) fromm the numbers listed in the link below.
