    Hello,

    I was on my friend'a Xbox and tried to log in as my Xbox one account. The account that popped up was completely different gamertag then mine (RedbugTheNinja) and instead it was . I don't remembers making this account and my fried was having
    the same issue. This makes signing in on webistes a lot harder. Please tell me how to fix this. Thanks.

    It's tied to your account not your console

    First off, it would have been great if you could post in a slightly bigger font. Not my profile. :p

    Back to being serious, the reason this probably was not working last night was that there was an error across the Live network. It was principally affecting users on the One, but an inability to download profiles could have been affecting the 360 too.

    Could you try again now and let us know if it still seems to be an issue?

    If so, run a Live Network Connection Test, steps to do so can be found
    here    .

    Let us know what that test tells you.
