    I would think you don't need to make them gold just make your kids silver live on 360 then sign them in on one

    Silver gives access to live for free but no multiplayer. Pretty sure it will be all you need to migrate her account to the one

    Make sure you're signing in with the same email and password as the account on your console. It looks like you may have signed in with the wrong information and created a new account. If your account had been compromised, it would still show your information
    (games played, gamerpic, etc.). This is a new account.

    No. Once you're banned for something like that, the enforcement team will not unban you.
