Not logged in even though logged in

Today I opened chrome and I got my friend's gift for a Minecraft java and bedrock in my Gmail so I pressed the button "Redeem your gift". I logged in, etc. normally until I get to the redeem page, it says I'm not logged in! I'm pretty sure I'm logged in and I signed out many times to check, I also tried this on my mobile phone and on other search engines like the Microsoft edge but it's the same. And also, every time I press the "my profile account" that takes you to the profile page of your account, it just keeps reloading forever even though it's already done (To make it simple, when you finish loading it continues to reload again without clicking the reload button, and continues to do that nonstop).

How do i fix this?

You did a great job in isolating the issue. Now to ensure that the code will be redeemed and if the code is correctly spelled or input or the product to redeem is for Microsoft site, we recommend you reach out to our support team for assistance. They have advance tools that they can use to evaluate the code.

Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
Select the "Contact Us" button
Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".

So we are forced to use the clunky IE App from XBox to log in again to our LIVE account, even though we are already logged into our XBox Live account?

ok i tried to install it on the store again and this time now it wont let me install it and its giving me an error
