    keep getting 0xd000189 error wont load any apps that need a gold account or not sae error every time

    Certain apps not loading

    Morning all.

    I'm having some issues with a few apps. Mainly iPlayer & WWE network.

    IPlayer doesn't load up full stop. WWE will load up but says there is an unexpected error and closes.

    I have trieduninstalling and reinstalling both but not fixed it. Also tried hard resets on multiple occasions but not sorted it.

    Both iPlayer and WWE work fine on other devices.

    Anyone got any ideas before I have to reset factory settings and start all over again?

    Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps.

    You can unistall the app and install It again or You can delete your profile and add It again.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps.

    Never mind. It was working just fine for about 2 days, then this afternoon I turned on the TV and it was back to the same overstretched 480p picture. The only thing I did different this afternoon was a hard reboot of my Xbox One. I had to reboot because
    My XBox Live screen kept showing those pesky loading circles instead of actually loading content (even though my XBox One passed an internet connection test). After rebooting, XBox Live loaded just fine, but the TV app was back to being broken. I just can't
    win.

    I know this is a ridiculous question, but could there be a connection between how the TV app loads and how XBox Live loads?

    Good news. It's working again. All I did was reset my router. I know that sounds weird, but I noticed that the XBox Live content panels were loading a bit slow on the home screen at start-up. So I reset my router to try to speed things up. The next
    time I powered up my XBox One, the TV app loaded just fine. It's been working for about two days now. Go figure.

    In summary, I think if XBox Live loads too slow on start-up, it can also affect the way the TV app loads. Resetting the router might fix it.
