Not letting me update the console program

Could you please let me know which OS version you are running in the console?

Are you in the developer preview program?

The reason being while i was going thru Early Update Access Forum i saw a update from the program managers.- Which reads-- In case if you are a part of the program could you please let them know?

KNOWN ISSUES

You may be unable to power on your Xbox One via the Xbox button on the controller or the power button on the console. If you experience this issue, please let us know via a post on the forums. In the meantime, you should be able to work around this by unplugging
your power supply from the console for 60 seconds, then reconnecting.

I am in the preview program and for the past 4 months have not seen one update due to letting the console auto update itself, turn on and play, love it.

Let me know how it goes with each possible solution.

About the Insiders program, it's basically a way to install beta versions of the Xbox OS
I ask because sometimes a new beta update can cause issues.

But if you don't know what it's the program probably your console isn't enrolled

Thanks for letting us know. You can download the insider hub and remove the console from the program if you like. On the next big update it will be taken out of the program.
