Not letting me sign into my epic games account

I have recently tried to sign into my epic account by using the “sign in with Xbox” because it has my epic account saved on it, but when I do that it say that “this appears to be a new device, browser, or location. A security code as been sent to your phone” but I do not see a code in my messages. I also tried where it sends a code to your email, but when I do that I see that it’s sending the code to a different email address that I do not know. What do I do to make it send to my current email address/phone number?

hi when i try to sign into my epic games account it will not let me and takes me to a sign UP page not a sign IN page. what should i do?

It didn’t work, and when I tried to find my epic games account. Which I used the sign in with google and Xbox buttons on the epic games website. It tried to make me create a new epic games account even though I had one for my old account

The problem is, it will not let me lick my PS4 to my epic account keeps saying sorry, but this account for PlayStation network has already been associated with another epic games account
