Discus and support not letting me pre-order?! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; hi i am trying to preorder wildlands before release, however when trying to pay i get a message saying contact support? there is more than enough...     i am trying to preorder wildlands before release, however when trying to pay i get a message saying contact support?

    there is more than enough money in the account and nothing wrong with the card i bought sniper elite 4 with no issues

    can you help?

    Purchased 2019 madden hall of fame edition but it’s not letting me play it.

    purchased madden 2019 hall of fame edition, but it’s not letting me play. Says you get a 3 day early access with the pre order and that it’s available at 8pm. It’s a little past 8 o clock but still not letting me play.
