not letting me post in clubs

From a small amount of research I found that many people have had this problem. The only thing I can recommend is for you to review your account settings. Things that people claimed can cause this: Being a child account and being banned for a past LFG. Other
than that I was unable to find either a solution or any direct causation.

I've found for you a reddit thread that details the same issues that may have an answer for why you're having issues. The most likely answer could be social feature outages could be going on/your console is having issues communicating information over Xbox
Live via the internet. Try to restart the console and maybe your router to see if that helps.

No, it's not possible. All you can do is post a text post in the club you want to close/abandon and let everyone know that you are moving over to the other club and ask everyone to request to join that one or to let you know if they'd like to join the
other club and you can send them an invite. Or manually go through the roster one by one and send each person an invite. But no, there's not a way to actually merge them.

I know that some clubs only allow members to post in the club but as I said it doesn't give me an option to request to join on any official club.

I guess it really depends on the club, personally I'm not a social person to start with, so I tend not to post anything to social media from my accounts with my real name, I post more to my twitter account, than facebook, let a lone Xbox clubs.
