I ask my cousin who have Xbox ultimate to do Xbox home with me. Then I made his account my home Xbox account but it not letting me play online

Firstly, I would like to know if you are receiving any error messages when you try to play online. If yes, please provide me with the error code so that I can assist you better.



Assuming that you are not receiving any error messages, let's try some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:



1. Check your internet connection: Make sure that your Xbox is connected to the internet and that your internet connection is stable. You can check your internet connection by running a network test on your Xbox. To do this, go to Settings > Network > Network settings > Test network connection.



2. Check your Xbox Live subscription: Make sure that your Xbox Live subscription is active and up-to-date. You can check your subscription status by going to Settings > Account > Subscriptions.



3. Check your account settings: Make sure that your account settings allow you to play online. To do this, go to Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy > View details & customize > Communication & multiplayer. Make sure that the "You can play with people outside of Xbox Live" option is set to "Allow".



4. Check your Home Xbox settings: Make sure that your Xbox is set as your Home Xbox. To do this, go to Settings > General > Personalization > My home Xbox. Make sure that your Xbox is set as your Home Xbox.

What game are you trying to play online and are you seeing any errors when you try to play?

Let's also make sure that your
account info and console info matches the country you are actually located in. If this got altered in any way it could prevent you from playing online.
