Not letting me install apps

    My Xbox will not let me install games and apps.

    Hello sorry it took so long for me to reply.

    For your first question no error messages appear, nothing happens.

    My Xbox is connected to the WiFi wirelessly.

    I have tried removing everything when I do reset my xbox but 1 thing installs and nothing else will.

    Hello Ethan, when it says it won't let you install apps or games does it show any error messages?

    Is your console connected via wifi or network cable?

    When it says you've done 3 hard resets, have you ever tried to reset your console while keeping games and apps?
