    Not letting me file a case review for my forced gamertag change.


    Im not sure why but if I go into the enforcement page theres nothing wrong and says I have a perfect score.

    Received a communication ban because of my little brother.

    I received a comm ban because of my little brother and went to do the questionare to file for a case review, I got the last question wrong, it gave ma another question and made me start over it did this 2 more times, the questions had nothing to do with
    stuff that I should know on xbox live (Ex: Upon receiving a forced gamertag change does the person get to choose their new gamertag.) I am now no longer able to file for a case review because of this.

    Banned gamer tag

    You can view your forced GT change at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    well considering your gamerscore are you sure it was an enforcement action not a you creating a new account becausd that's what it looks ljke

    You have to download your profile not join Xbox live

    When you say you were forced out of it do you mean that the enforcement team decided that it was a violation of the code of conduct and did a forced gamertag change?

    If so you would need to go to enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

    If you received a forced GT change you can contact the enforcement team at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible.

    You've already had a free gamertag change.

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to if you receive a forced gamertag change you are given a randomly generated tag for free.

    If you want to change the tag given to you then you have to pay.
