    Not letting me digitally install 360 games


    So i was gonna buy a game on xbox one x (sonic generations to be exact) it only said "see the price" so i was confused but i clicked it anyways and it says "Sonic generations features xbox one backward compatibility. You can play it in Xbox one and 360", So i pressed continue it then says "You have no valid payment options on file. Microsoft Account balances cannot be used in this purchase channel" even though this never does anything with other games it than forces me to cancel the purchase

    Search fallout 3 in games on your 360 and it should let you install it. The prompt will say download again. Click it and boom you have your digital fallout 3, hope this helped.

    How did you get it for free? Were you playing it through Game Pass? GTA was removed from Game Pass today, so it would only be possible to play it if you previously purchased it or purchase it now.

    Am I the only one with really long install times?

    If you're using Disk installation disconnect from Xbox Live first will increase install speed if you're doing digital download make sure not to do update for Game till after game is installed let me know how that works out for you next game install
