    Not Letting Me Add on Xbox One for Family Member


    This is VERY frustrating. My grandfather wants to create an account on my Xbox One, which is cool. I create a Hotmail Account for him, find a gamertag for him, and try to add the account to my Xbox. It won't let me! I even visited Xbox Live on my PC
    and his account is there, but it won't let me add him on the Xbox itself - it keeps saying the email is on some reserved domain, or something like that. I just want to sign him in on the Xbox One. That's it. His Xbox Live Account is viewable on the webpage,
    but it won't let me add him on the actual console.

    Hey there! I wanted to clarify a bit. Yeah, it isn't possible to sign up for a NEW Family Pack now, but if you already have one, you should still be able to manage it like normal, including adding new members. Can you please try signing in with the erroring
    account to login.live.com and make sure that'll go through? We can get this sorted!

    the last few days if not almost a week if your on an existing family pack you get to keep it till it runs out but you cannot sign up for a new one or I THINK add people to an existing one.

    FYI the family pack has been discontinued there is no way to add new members to it.
