    Not launching game


    so have to issues with State of Decay 2 first issue would be that it won't allow me to load my game it would act like it will but it sat there and think about loading on the loading screen and then the second issue would be when it finally allows me to start
    my game I can play a for a few minutes and then the game of freeze with the loading icon on the bottom right-hand side of my screen I have to force close my game and try to see if I can get back my game. It has happened several times. I'm over it really I'm
    ready to take this game back to best buy and see if they will take it back what is the reason to have a game I can't play.

    The process BusGod mentioned is known as power cycling, which is not the same as restarting the console. You can hold the Xbox Console power button for 8 seconds until it turns off, then wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This process is known as
    power cycling and will clear the cache and reset the network card. Let us know if that suggestion worked.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try deleting then redownloading the game to see if that helps. If it does not then you may need to try a factory reset. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.
