    I have the same issue with the Pyramid 100 boards medal - Golden Pharoh shows 100/100 status but no medal issued.

    I've accrued additional boards but it still shows 100/100 with no medal. Is there a way to reset it?

    I have a gold subscription, but I'm not ranked to VIP anymore

    The staff will have to review your gold status and what is causing the issue. However, keep in mind that MyVip is not dictated by gold status, but how much money we spend. It also resets yearly. The last reset was on January 1st.
