    Not Hearing Friends after adding them as Friends


    When I add people as friends and get into Party Chats with them I cannot hear anything from them.

    An example of this is when I added a group of people after a Overwatch match. I heard them perfectly through my headset and can chat with them perfectly. But when we Party up the next day and try to play again, they can only hear me and I cannot hear them.

    I've checked all of my settings, so it's nothing like that. I have parental controls on my account but I've made all of the settings for my account to be allowed to talk. This feels like a stupid problem, and it needs to be fixed.

    Friends added on X1 not showing up on site or 360?

    I've added a few friends on the X1 (added, not just "followed"). When I get on my 360 or the Xbox web site the new friends don't show up. The only place I can view them is actually on the X1. I don't recall hearing anything about that, so I assumed adding
    someone to your friends list would be account wide. Are X1 friends confined to just the X1 console?

    Yeah there's a problem with sending LIVE messages on XBox.com

    If the friend is a 360 friend added AFTER you cracked 100 friends you simply can't message them unless you're replying to one of their messages.

    Maybe it's the same for anyone added after you cracked 100 friends but it's a bit annoying.

    Friends I have added on Xbox One do not show up when I look at my friends list on www.xbox.com

    Remove and re-add your friend on Xbox.com or if you have one, add them on your 360.

    Then, they'll show up on your friends list. Message your friend and let them know you're re-adding them.

    Hey there SurviousFuture!

    Sorry to hear about the friend request issue! Have you and your friends tried adding each other on Xbox.com or through the Xbox SmartGlass app (Windows Phone, iOS, Android)?

    Visit the
    Friends     page on Xbox.com, search for your friend's Gamertag, and try to add him on that page. If that does not work, try adding them through the Xbox SmartGlass app if you can.

    Problem about friends list and other things!

    Sorry to hear that you're upset. However, the person you've tried to add may have the add friends settings disabled via parental settings. This will disable your ability to add people as well as them being able to add friends without parental permission.

    As for the issue with the Xbox One, a person is not obligated to add you as a friend even though you've added them.

    Trust me, its not just privacy settings. I also had issues on removing people as a friend after I added them as a friend! Right now its sounds like a server issue at the moment!
