    Not hearing back about Broken mic


    As the title says I made the order for my mic for Xbox one to be "repaired" and have not received anything in return. The order was created on Feb. 25. which was a month from yesterday. I live inside the U.S so I don't understand what is happening! Please
    help... Also I have a receipt that shows that i sent it and none of the codes work for the tracking so yeah please help

    Mic not hearing me?

    I got the halo 5 console and the mic it came with won't pick up me talking but I can hear everyone else. I also tried buying a new headset which didnt work either. Is the console messed up or is it the controller?

    My Xbox one mic is broken

    My basic Xbox one mic has broken, I haven't been rough to it, and I'm pretty upset because I didn't want to blow another 35 dollars on a new mic (that won't break) and I'm hearing this happens to most Xbox one mic s after about a year so yeah. Is there's
    any solution besides buying a new one (and my warranty is out)

    P.S Microsoft make better mics please
