not having rights to game i just bought

i just bought halo master chief collection, went to play it and its says i don't have the rights to the game. i looked up to see if anyone else had the issue and tried various solutions, signing in and out, restart my xbox one and uninstalling the game.
now i cant install the game again as it is not in my list of owned games but when i go on to the store it says i already own it and when i check my purchase history it's status is complete. how do i fix this?

i have done what you suggested and unfortunately it still isn't coming up in my owned games for me to install it again.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to get this game running. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. I suggest
removing and redownloading your account back to the console.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.
