    Not having Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War


    On September 15, 2020, I bough Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War for $96.06. I pre-ordered it and played it last on Sunday, November 15. I go to order history and it says "declined", I payed for it and yet it tells me to buy it again on the Xbox Store.

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.
