Not have Alan Wake or Quantum Break code

I contacted with Xbox support many times for this case. I still have not Alan Wake code and Quantum Break Windows 10 code. Please send me this codes .

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

Also have not received my Quantum Break pc code or my Alan wake codes.

 

Quantum Break. Received AWAN and QB win10 codes but not for AW

I preordered Quantum Break and have received the digital codes for Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break but not Alan Wake. When can I expect it?

 

Same here, please send my codes for the 3 games in what was stated that we would have them by the 15th of april!
