    Not happy with trying to contact someone in customer service


    I have a billing issue and I cannot find a way to talk to a person or find an email address. I finally Used Twitter they directed me to a live chat. He then told me to call a number so I did. Guess what they send me a text hang up and I'm back where I started
    after hours of frustration. If I hadn't already switched to PlayStation this would of sealed the deal. Get better customer service!

    Another R802-101 Issue

    Do you have another gamertag you could try and access the Netflix app with? I think your best bet might be to contact Microsoft customer service or Netflix customer service if you have not done so already. I'll keep trying to research this a little more
    also.

    Thank you. I have been trying to contact them. Their website is just endless threads of links and FAQs. I would love to talk to someone in customer service. Since you partner with them, would be be aware of how to actually speak with someone?

    Try contacting Xbox Customer Service (not Xbox Ambassadors) but it's probably gone for good.

    Once it's deleted there's nothing you can really do about it except giving it a try through the Xbox Customer Service Support.
