Not happy with Responses for swapped consoles that have been defective

I have had 2 Xbox one x consoles swapped in the last 3 months. I am very disappointed that Microsoft has done nothing to reimburse me for my troubles except to hold $500 on my credit card each time and charge me $16 shipping each
time. This is very disappointing to me considering i have been with Xbox for such a long time. If nothing is going to be done, i will defiantly will be switching consoles to PlayStation for future use of video gaming.

This is what I've been through with my Xbox console experience...

(1) Two defective DVD-Drives with the Original Xbox

(2) Two defective DVD-Drives with the Xbox 360

(4) Four RRODs with the Xbox 360

At the moment, I have two Original Xbox consoles (in storage) and two Xbox 360s (one is in storage and one is currently being used). Electronics break, that is a fact of life.

With that being said, I hope that you will be happy with whatever new console brand you go to

RE: SRX 1315759200 - Need your help in getting my replacement headset & adapter for xbox one

I have been waiting for over 6 weeks to get my replacement with no updates from support

Service no - SRX 1315759200

I shipped back defective headset, adapter back to support 1st week of Nov and provided tracking info

Once in a while i get an email that your case has been escalated and that i have to wait for response.

Can you help me to even get my defective headset, adapter back as i don't want to buy new one

Funny when PS4 owners complaint their services, they threaten switching to xbox lol.

Some socalled defects is don't power up/freeze/crash/shutdown can be fixed by resetting the console: 1) unplug powercord for few minutes, plug in powercord, wait few minutes and then power up with x button on the console.

2) Still no good then push in and hold the x button on console few minutes till console show powerbutton flashing and shutdown itself etc. then repeat step 1).

It would seem your friend was just unlucky. Like anything you buy that has moving parts it's always a question of how long they will last. A drive failing after 5 months is most unfortunate, but it would have been unlikely to have been caused by constantly swapping discs. That console probably had a manufacturing defect that that only became apparent months into use. It was the defect that caused the failure.

Keep using it like you do and don't worry about it.

i hope it does not take 2 weeks-1 month to repair my console. a console shouldn't start being defective within 3 months.. not too happy I have had to post it off, within warranty to another part of the planet to be fixed. maybe i should have bought a playstation?
should just be a straight swap in my opinion. think these big companies fail to realize these consoles are a big investment financially for some families.

Hey, goodnight. Thanks for the response. The main problem I'm having is the console's not coming on at all. It's to the point where plugging the control in the console is not even responsive. At this point I'm guessing it has to be a defect in the brick.
