    Xbox customer service system is terrible boycott all Xbox products until they want to go back to being able to speak to a live agent for any problem since we give them enough money through games and other products and xbox live i am so disappointed they went from having okay customer service to terrible their excuse is probably carona virus so unhappy

    It's so rare that we get good news compared to bad news around these parts that it's nice to see that someone is happy with how they've been treated & taken care of by Microsoft's customer service.

    Well, good luck with any success with Microsoft or Xbox. The customer service is atrocious at best.

    I realize why they do it, but there is also a thing called "customer service". Even if they couldn't send a new Xbox which is understandable they could have offered overnight service. For a system that is being outsold by its competitor 1.5 to 1, you would
    think that a company would want to keep there loyal fan base happy.

    Yes I can go to the retailer but I am in a rural area and the drive is almost 1 hour.

    original point stands...no email address, no larger complaint system, poor customer service...this I lay at Microsoft's door, here, as the online chap told me to do. Guess what...HE LIED. No customer service rep got in touch with me as he promised. Do I blame
    EA for that too?

    I did remove myself from ALPHA preview but to no availe… I spoke to TECH xbox service and was told 249usd +repair, and said "we encourage customers to buy a new one rather than repair... not happy
