Not happy with my product

hi I'm not happy with my purchase of a Microsoft headset I got it as a gift and I can hear people but people cannot hear me and I have been talking to a member of staff and she said nothing I can do so just want something sorted thanks

I'm sorry to inform everyone I'm not very happy with the services I have received today , when redeeming a code which should grant my gamer tag 14 days free gold it froze and when I tried to re enter the code it simply said the code has already been used
, however I haven't received the Xbox live gold 14 day trial , when trying to redeem it online there was website problems and after hours of waiting to receive a notification off your company I did not.

 

Stop making us pay a fee to use Netflix and Hulu!

they're not. Nor would a Company make a Profit from a Service by selling a Product.

No Company wants people who either cannot afford a Product or Service or simply do not wish to pay for said Product or Service. That's how it really works. It's not a Charity, you still seem to be confused with that.
