    Did you buy it on eBay? If the seller didn't state that it had been modified you should return it to them for a refund. You cannot solve this I'm afraid, a console ban is a console ban

    What kind of network environment do you have? What router and what modem. Is your Xbox set for automatic in the network settings?

    Do you know why mate? I rang up xbox and they tried to help and at the end they sent me over here. To get it fixed but I get no reply

    Not sure why.No one from Microsoft or the enforcement team read these forums.

    They probably meant the support forums.

    First thing to do is see if your NAT is set to strict,if so then reset your router.

    Other than that you can post in the support forums or try & contact the enforcement team by following the instructions here

    If your isp support ipv6 then get it, if not does not matter, it will not improve your net speed in anyway.

    Sorry to hear about this issue, it's possible that a power cycle might fix the issue.

    Even though the Xbox Live status page says everything is fixed now, there might still be a few people dealing with issues, hopefully those issues won't persist for very long.

    You may also want to try clearing the MAC address or doing a factory reset keeping games and apps.
