    NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!


    I have been playing this game for 3 years, but in the last few months it has become ridiculous: my completed daily challenges disappear on a regular basis (always at the end of the month) and I have to start again; the game takes forever to load and when
    it does, the stupid adverts freeze and I can not play at all. So come on Microsoft sort it out or is it a ploy to get us to pay for the premium service to get rid of the adverts, because if it is I will uninstall the game and play something else.

    Did you buy it on eBay? If the seller didn't state that it had been modified you should return it to them for a refund. You cannot solve this I'm afraid, a console ban is a console ban

    What kind of network environment do you have? What router and what modem. Is your Xbox set for automatic in the network settings?

    If your isp support ipv6 then get it, if not does not matter, it will not improve your net speed in anyway.

    Sorry to hear about this issue, it's possible that a power cycle might fix the issue.

    Even though the Xbox Live status page says everything is fixed now, there might still be a few people dealing with issues, hopefully those issues won't persist for very long.

    You may also want to try clearing the MAC address or doing a factory reset keeping games and apps.
