Not got my Xbox rewards points

hi

I recently pre ordered assasins creed origins, Star Wars battlefront 2 and need for speed payback in the last month but I have not received my 15,000 Xbox reward points

I have spoken to support but they said they could not help and had to speak to someone in the forums.

Can any one shed some light on why I have not received any of these points?

I have not goten any of my microsoft points rewards . From my xbox live rewards. Can you fix that problum for me ???????????????

Xbox rewards credits

On my xbox rewards page it said I can get 3000 rewards points for renewing my xbox gold account but I only got 1250 reward points I don't think it's fair that I got this small amount

If your a rewards member it should show 15000 points pending right now! if not a rewards member contact a rep. My points for Sunset just got added yesterday

The first purchase would have been the first purchase you made on xbox live... ever. Not the first purchase after joining the rewards program.

If you need more clarification, you can post at the link and the rewards support staff will help you out.

I originally got the first two rewards as you did and then two weeks later I got the 800 bonus points into my account. If you haven't gotten the points by the 30th, I would contact Xbox support directly at (800) 4MY-XBOX
