Not got my fortnite reward

I completed last months xbox quest and I was supposed to get a fortnite reward however I have not received it, I was forwarded here by Xbox support agents

Game addon rewards not recived

I bought the limited edition founders pack on fortnite but have not got all the rewards, can I have a refund.

I got an email saying we get 4000 rewards credits for buying summer games. And Fortnite was one of them. I bought the 80$ edition a couple days ago and I'm not eligible for the rewards now?

 

Prizes from quests are given within the following month. If you don't receive anything by the end of June, you'll want to post back.

 

what is the reward so I know when I get it

 

There's no way to know what you'll get until you get the message.
