Not Getting Xbox Preview Message!

Hi, i was just on the phone with the support team over at xbox and they told me to post here, they told me to inform the preview team that i have been invited to the preview program more than three times but the message has never reached me. all help appriciated.

Xbox One Spam Messages

The only messages I get are from Xbox preview stuff and clan invites after a good match of Halo.

I get 10 messages a day asking for me to invite them to the preview program. I'm sick of these messages popping up. Can you please fully delete this thread for me?

 

Being invited is not a guarantee that you will be accepted into the program. The program is also at capacity so they have severely limited the number of people they are accepting.

 

I got an invite but i couldn't login to my Xbox. once that was resolved, the message had expired. what do i do?

 

Have the person reinvite you

Also remember as mentioned above it will be a very long time before you get invited aa they do it in waves and the program is at capacity

 

The thing is that the woman said I had been accepted but the email just didn't get to me!

 

Well here id the thing support doesnt know who is accepted or not

They only can see id you were invited

Completely different things

They arent avcepting anyone new anytime soon

With people signing up without reading the beta disclaimer and still complaining they are being very selective

The only people who can tell you if you were accepted is preview team nit support

With the program being full you will be waiting months

Being invited doesnt garentee acceptance

It just means you were invited by your friend

Only when you receive the app link are you accepted

Which will be months from now or ehenevee the next beta is

 

3 friends wont help you get the invite msg anyway faster it only delays you

You haveto wait for the next invite wave

Seeing as the program is full it will be a very long time

The preview is a beta and will have bugs opting out requires a factory reset

So unless you are serious and have a external hd i wouldnt do it

Signing up will erase your built in hd also

At this point you might as well wait for thr public release at the end of novemeber

As Smwutches pointed out above, being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee that you will be accepted. If you are accepted, you will receive an Xbox Live message with further details. Keep in mind, the Preview Program has reached capacity and
the Preview team is slowing the number of folks they are accepting.
