Not getting Xbox MESSAGE notifications

Not getting Xbox message notifications after a recent enforcement ban, it was lifted early after appealing it but ever since then I am not getting Xbox message notifications, I get party and game notifications but when sending messages it will saying 'sending'
until i come out of inbox and go back in, also messages sometimes come through delayed and after clicking on new message and come out of inbox it will still say unread for a few moments. It is only happening with this account has have another where it is perfectly
fine, all works and notifications work like they should so just isolated to my main account.

Things i have tried to fix the problem but without success...

* hard reset console.

* cleared persistent storage.

* Removed profile and re-installed.

* cleared alternate mac address.

* factory reset console.

* got in touch with Xbox support.

Anyone else having or had this problem? or anyone got any fixes for this?

the Xbox app on PC can be a bit weird.

some days mine doesn't show messages or notifications.

some days I'll get a notification and it's for a message I replied to on Xbox the day before.

hello lGlriZzLY. try refreshing your connection by restarting you wireless router. sometimes this helps for me.

Hey Megahurts!

If you haven't yet, the first thing you'll want to do is
power cycle your console. This can resolve a lot of common issues, like notifications not working properly. You can also try power cycling your home network by unplugging everything for 5 minutes and then plugging it all back in and rebooting it.

Hopefully one of those resolves things as those are by far the least painful troubleshooting steps to try. Keep us posted!
