Not getting xbox live reward points

Appears my account () is hung-up; points pending since Nov 2016. Also not getting points for purchases in xbox nor points for playing xbox. Also noticed only two games show-up as owned/played, when I own/play, Forza, Tombraider, Everspace, Elite
Dangerous, Hawken, Crew, to name a few. Tried to get help from Xbox Support but they referred my to Community Forum.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There are
no offers to receive credits just for playing.

Stats only include information for the past 30 days and to not update in real time. So there may be times when the information is not 100% correct.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

We only automatically deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. Once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits you can request to schedule a deposit for the next available deposit cycle from your MyRewards page. We do not award Credits for playtime. As Smwutches
says, the MyStats requires time to update, and only has stats from a certain time period.

Is there any free way of getting Xbox Live Rewards points as there is with Microsoft Rewards, besides the survey? I'm looking for a quick and free way of getting XBL Rewards points.

You need to be a xbox live rewards member to be able to get the reward points.

If you are a reward member the msp will be added to your pending points in few days

I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

Xbox LIVE Rewards actually gives Reward Points, not Microsoft Points. They function the same save that they do expire.
