    Not getting what I paid for...

    Hi there, anyone at all, being as there are no contact numbers for billing issues, I paid for a year of 360 Live on January 25th 2016 and suddenly it was shut off stating that I didn't pay it. In my xbox account in formation it says I paid. Whats this crap
    with no phone numbers for BILLING issues?????? Please help!!~!!

    Not getting what I paid for

    I bought the Gears of war 4 Console. I redeemed the code for Ultimate Gears of War 4. I understand that I am supposed to get the previous games with this but got no codes or access to them after redeeming the code for GEars 4. I have put in tickets for trouble
    shooting and they have done nothing that resolved this issue. The latest conversation that I had they passed me off to this forum to get help.

    I'm feeling ignored and passed off. Just how hard is it to resolve a simple issue of codes?

    To qualify for this promotion, you just need to purchase and/or redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31, 2016. The game tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption/purchase of
    Gears of War 4. So the codes will appear, they just are being sent out in waves. If you're not seeing the codes after 30 days from when you first played, please create a new post and we'd be happy to take a closer look into this. You can find more information

    The codes are being sent out in waves, some people have already started receiving the codes. You should hopefully start receiving them on your Xbox IM, if you don't then try contacting support again: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
