Not getting verification code + other issues with getting help

Hi there. I have tried tirelessly to get help with this, but am at a dead end. I can't sign in to one of my Microsoft accounts. At first I thought I'd forgotten the password, but the more I think of it, the password is still the same as it was when I made the account. I get this pop up message that they have detected unusual activity blah blah blah and to enter my email address so they can send a verification code. I've lost count of the amount of times I've done this and not received one single code. I've submitted the form to unlock my account ( countless times ) and get rejected by the machine that handles that because it says I've not answered enough questions correctly or something along those lines. I have epilepsy that has effected my memory, but I KNOW my password. I've talked my head off with Microsoft support and out of desperation I even contacted The Gates Foundation. All I got was "contact Microsoft support", BUT Microsoft support is like talking to a wall. I KNOW security is important, especially in this day and age of people hacking account, but when you are an HONEST person who is trying to access their account, you are out of luck because they just won't let you do it. I've had to buy SOT a SECOND time just so I can play it, but because my SOT account was linked to the Microsoft account I can't access, the Twitch drops and Prime loot I've collected for a year is GONE. Why can't Microsoft have a simple process where you have a secret question to unlock your account. All the stress this has caused me to get my anti depressant medication increased. I'm about to go to the media with this. Microsoft help is NO HELP at all.
