    Not getting the QR code for sea of thieves


    I’ve recently bought sea of thieves on PlayStation and went to play the game and it wouldn’t give me the option to link my plays took account to my Microsoft live account all I’ve been getting is ashbeards error I’ve tried everything and nothing works if anyone can help would be appreciated

    Can anyone help me with my xbox app not installing/launching games?

    Also the problem with the game not installing is only for sea of thieves but for other games they get installed but when I launch them it pops up with the error code 0x803f8001 while for sea of thieves it pops up when I try to install the game.

    Ashbeard is a login issue.

    Please, on your PS5, delete the Sea of Thieves local save data, this will enable you to link the account again via the QR Code.

    Follow these steps:

    On your PS5, Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings. Select Saved Data (PS5)

    Select Console Storage and select Sea of Thieves > Delete.

    Once deleted, launch the game again and do the linking process one more time.

    If you still have issues, please, submit a ticket with Sea of Thieves Support:
