    Not getting survey credits!


    I completed the may survey the other day and still haven’t gotten the 250 credits. It says I can’t take the survey anymore so I’m wondering if I will ever get the credits... Usually I get the credits within an hour but apparently not this time. Is this a
    glitch or is it just being slow?

    Not getting rewards

    Hi

    I've not been getting any rewards credits, ive renewed live had achievements and done a survey. Its still 0.

    Not getting survey credits!

    It can take up to 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing a survey.

    I spent over 5 hours taking xbox live surveys for extra reward points. Over 10 surveys and i got nor

    The rewards program only has 1 survey you can take at a time. Credits from that survey should show as pending about 96 hours after you took the survey. Otherwise, there are no other surveys directly from Microsoft you can take for credits.

    don't give me that, I check my account every month and it's always accurate with my points. But NONE of my February purchases are listed or credited. And I did those BEFORE I took the survey, which WAS credited to me. So how does that work? I spend hundreds
    of dollars. Not get rewarded but take a survey and get rewarded.....no

    Hello jamaine7,

    Since you did not do the April survey, you did not get any Credits. You did the May survey. Please note that as stated in the FAQ, this program operates on the UTC time zone.

    Revamped Rewards program

    So if you want to save up all those dollars disguised as awesomely huge credit numbers: Lets see...$60 new game = 60,000 credits. 5000 credits every 2 years for doing surveys = 24 years :eek: And that would mean you have to do 240 surveys or 10 per year.
    How long does it take to do a survey? Anyone?
