  1. Not getting stars for purchases


    I have made purchases on my xbox one and haven't recieved the appropriate amount of stars for what I have spent. I was looking on my rewards page and ot shows I have spent 598.00 since 2015 and I know I have spent more than that. I checked a few months ago
    and I was 120.00 short for my third star so I have dropped in stars and I am very irritated to see that I spend all this money for games and yet dont recieve the proper rewards

    From our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Since some of your purchases have been in-game consumables or pre-orders, they were not eligible for MyVIP, and did not award progress. We have reviewed your purchases and can confirm that the amount displayed is accurate.
