Not getting rewards points

I have been a Rewards member for quite a while. The last points I received were for filling out a survey in 2016. I paid for Live Gold monthly for a while and ended up re-subscribing for a year in March 2017, plus I have purchased many games, and my point
balance still shows 250. Can you please take a look at this?

Not getting reward points

Hello CPTbaldrick,

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. Since your purchases were pre-orders, they were not eligible for MyVIP. We have not yet calculated November MyVIP payback, so your purchases this month have not yet been paid out. We calculate payback on a monthly basis
and place those Credits as pending midway through the following month.

I have bought multiple games and have gotten no reward points even though I have been a reward member for months? For example I just bough cod IW on the Xbox market 4 days ago and I still have 0 points

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

Hello Elenriel82,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

For example, your purchases on July 9th did not qualify for any offer on the MyMissions page, so it did not award offer Credits. Since you do not have any MyVIP stars, they did not award MyVIP payback, but did increase your progress towards your first star.

The Jimbotron

If you're part of Microsoft Rewards, that program sometimes has an event where you can earn Microsoft Rewards Points by getting Achievements. It runs at least once a year for about a month. The event matches your Achievements up to 10,000; one Rewards Point for every Achievement Point. eg get 2,500 more Gamerscore that month and you get 2,500 Rewards Points.

That's pretty well the only time you can get Rewards Points from Achievements.
