Not getting rewards for mission

Hi my problem is that implaying the mission on rewards with free to play games i spent over 200€ on Star trek online but no rewards can someone do something about this?

Rewards missing

I did the rewards mission for pre-ordering three games my last game just came out and I am not getting any of the rewards.

Xbox rewards for mission in October not being rewarded

I completed all 4 steps to the my mission for October. Where I had to spend $45 on game/movies (got my rewards for that), then I got the rewards for buying an avatar item (got the rewards for that), but I was not awarded the rewards for getting achievements
and this didn’t get the rewards for completing the mission. Please advise.

Keep in mind that purchases take up to 96 hours to be processed, so it is too early to see your recent December purchases. However, regarding your purchases previously, from our FAQ:

Free Pass:

Earn 2,000 Rewards Credits per month by spending at least $30 before tax on add-on content for ONE Free to Play title in the Xbox Store. For more information on what qualifies as add-on content, please see Question 2. This offer resets on a monthly basis, with
the offer period starting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month.

-You were awarded for this offer last month.

FREEquent Player:

Earn 2,000 Rewards Credits every three months by spending at least $5 before tax on add-on content for Free to Play title(s) in the Xbox Store for THREE consecutive months. The three required purchases can be made for ONE title, or for MULTIPLE titles, but
EACH purchase must be a minimum of $5 before tax and be for one title. For more information on what qualifies as add-on content, please see Question 2. This offer runs for three months, and is currently running from October 1, 2016 at 00:00 UTC until December

You can get rewards by completing missions that have rewards attached too them as prizes.

you only get the deposits when you accumulate 5000 rewards points from doing rewards missions

Does anybody know of any other missions where you get a special gun as a reward?

You could also complete reward missions if you have the gamepass some missions give 600 reward points you can typically earn over 2000 reward points every month hope this helps
