    Not getting rewards deposit! Xbox rewards billing info is correct.


    I have not been getting rewards deposit for over a year. I have posted numerous time and yet have to get a resolution. I keep getting the message that my xbox commerce info needs updating when it is correct. I have over 50K in rewards pending.

    Says there is billing issue to deposit points, billing info is correct

    Xbox Rewards won't deposit points into my account because it says there is a billing issue. My billing info is correct

    Billing Info Incorrect

    For months I have been getting emails that Microsoft Rewards cannot make a deposit because my billing information is incorrect. I have checked and rechecked billing info and it is correct. What now?

    The error preventing your deposit from occurring is being caused by an issue with how a database is communicating information. Since we are not correctly receiving database information, adjusting your information will not resolve this issue. We rely on this
    database to provide directions on where to place your deposit. When we ask this database on where you would like your deposit, it does not provide these directions. Our deposit then aborts, as without knowing which billable account is the correct one, your
    deposit could be placed in an unreachable account. Unfortunately, we do not have access to this database, so we must rely on another team to provide a resolution for this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
