I have been purchasing games and other things from the XBox store and I decided to do an in depth check of my rewards account....not good!

I am 2 Star VIP - MyVIP Star Rank: Current Amount Back on Purchases: 4% (taken from: Xbox Live Rewards)

I have not been getting rewarded for games (and other) purchases for over a year! I do not know what is going on, but I have a list of games (not including movies and other items) purchased that are not showing up on my rewards list, yes, more than 96 hours

Not getting rewarded - Long Post - in depth breakdown where I was supposed to but wanted to see if anyone has gotten answers here as I see quite a few posts of people not getting rewarded.

 

Not getting rewarded

You'll want to wait for Reward support's response in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time of purchase or they would be part of your VIP
rebate. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So if any of those purchases were made in February and did not qualify for another offer, it would be too early to see credits pending for those.

 

Support will double check your purchases, but everytime you see a listing for "MyVIP Star Rank..." that is your VIP rebate for that month. That is your credit for any purchases made that month that did not qualify for another offer on the site at the time.

Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders are not eligible for VIP rebates and would only award credits if there is a specific offer for them. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

Destiny 2 is not included on the current punchcard for you because you preordered it before the offer began on July 1.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP is awarded as a monthly whole and awarded midway through the following month, and dated as the last day of the month being awarded. We see that you are being accurately awarded for your purchases.
