    Hi got my rewards statement yesterday says I haven't earned any points even though I have spent £200+ on digital games and content in last few months. Can you take a look please and sort this out thanks.

    not getting reward points

    I have bought multiple games and have gotten no reward points even though I have been a reward member for months? For example I just bough cod IW on the Xbox market 4 days ago and I still have 0 points

    Hello CPTbaldrick,

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. Since your purchases were pre-orders, they were not eligible for MyVIP. We have not yet calculated November MyVIP payback, so your purchases this month have not yet been paid out. We calculate payback on a monthly basis
    and place those Credits as pending midway through the following month.
