Not getting reward from the achievements I get

I have spoken to a member of the support team

And they have given me a reference number for all the lost rewards. It has happen quite a lot I have worked hard to get the achievements from many games I have played and I got rewards and all the time it says you have no achievements for this month and
it's really frustrating me and starting to become annoying as I'm trying really hard to get this achievements for them to just disappear, it's making me very dishearten. At first thought it was just me so today got in contact with you to deal with it, as
I think it is a problem on your end.

Did not receive rewards for YOLO Rewards Boost your Cred

YOLO rewards received reward for Get Stoked with purchase of GTA V. Earned 11 achievements in game but have not received the YOLO Boost your Cred reward (4,000 points) for getting 5 achievements.

Not receiving proper rewards

I noticed I'm not getting rewards for my achievements and I am also not getting rewards for renewing my gold either please help

If you're looking for help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that you only receive credits for acheivements if there is a specific offer for them, not for every achievement you earn. The
offers usually involve purchased a game from a specific genre and earning a set number of achievements in that game. The current Warrior offer is an example.

If you're part of Microsoft Rewards, that program sometimes has an event where you can earn Microsoft Rewards Points by getting Achievements. It runs at least once a year for about a month. The event matches your Achievements up to 10,000; one Rewards Point for every Achievement Point. eg get 2,500 more Gamerscore that month and you get 2,500 Rewards Points.

That's pretty well the only time you can get Rewards Points from Achievements.

I don't personally like the idea of getting rewards from unlocking achievements.

From our FAQ:

Can I get rewarded for my Gamerscore and achievements?

We don't currently Reward based solely on Gamerscore or achievements, though some missions do offer Rewards Credits for completing achievements with a particular game and time-period.

hi

i´m playing Forza Horizon 4 and did´nt get the Weekly Achievement!

I do not have enough % achievements in Forza4 to get the reward!

Just like this week, I did almost everything and achieved only 77%, so I can not get the 80% reward!

From the completed tasks, I would have to be at 95%!

Everything is gold and marked as done which would have to be enough for at least 90% success!

How do I get my rewards or where is the mistake?
