    Not getting prize from xbox quest


    I've already made a post about this issue that I'm having, but it looks like I can't respond to it anymore cause it's locked because it was considered answered, but what happened was the past couple of months there has been this xbox quest thing at the home
    page of my xbox one and if you complete what they tell you to do you get a entry for a chance to win a 24k gold xbox one x but you always get a guaranteed prize. The past 3-4 months I haven't got my guaranteed prize and whenever I went to support for help,
    3 of them told me that I need to post on the forums about it, so I did and then they told me to go to support again so I did and this time they gave me a ticket for proof that I went to support. 1418170684

    November xbox live quest prize

    Completed the xbox live quest for November but never received the prize. I got the xbox game pass quest prize on 12/12/2017 but not the other. Completed all requirements for quest.

    Prizes from quests are usually given within 30 days after the end of the quests.

    Since that's part of Xbox Quests and not the Rewards program, Rewards support will not be able to assist. Keep in mind that prizes from quests are given within the following month. So if that is the quest for December, you will receive the prizes in January.
    If you don't receive anything by the end of January, you will need to post in the sales and promotions forum.
