    Not getting points to Level Up


    My son is playing Dragonball Xenoverse 2 on XBOX One and every time he wins points - it says 0 points for leveling up, so he can't get past the first level. Any suggestions?

    Not getting points to Level Up

    I recommend trying a quick power cycle for the console, and removing and re-adding his account.

    If the issue persists and that is the only game with the problem, there has to be a glitch that you would need to contact the game developers about it!

    HERE     and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.
