    no reward points being added to my account

    no points being added to my sons account and I need to have this rectified as he isn't getting the points despite spending money on games and gold member ship

    Is anyone getting a Wii U?

    I might get one, but won't be getting one until after I see what sony and MS has to offer. I don't see the point in spending so much for it at launch either.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
    game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    We do not see any survey completions for your account. Please make sure you fully complete the survey and see the confirmation message at the end.

    have now gotten the code and looks like spend 400ms points on mw3 items get a free hat - spend 800 points get hat and a shirt.

    lame thaught i was getting a free mw3 hoodie :(

    There might not be a drop-down if there aren't any other accounts, but have a look from a PC too if you can at some point.

    Whenever this issue does pop up, it's usually a case of going straight to Support because there's a warning or block on the account that they can remove. Is there any chance you could get in touch with them again and get them to check that once more?

    Meanwhile I saw there were a couple others now having the same issue, I'm going to start tracking them and see if there are any other commonalities and whether there's anything that can be done that hasn't yet been suggested.

    Cant spend points

    Top right it says: US • Personal Account • You have $65.19 USD

    I dont see a drop down menu tho...maybe because Im using my iPhone, but everything points to me having the money in my account. I clicked on the Payment Options tab and this is an exact copy of what it reads: You currently have $65.19 USD in your Microsoft
    account with $0.00 USD expiring within 30 days.

    Some people were saying it could be because I entered so much money in a short period of time, it looked suspicious so my account would be locked but the support guy didn't notice anything like that blocking me from making purchases. Maybe he missed it?
    Seems like that would be pretty obvious though.
