    Not getting points added to my Xbox Reward credits


    I bought the digital version on Black Ops 3 , on the Xbox One and should have received 15,000 points added to my Xbox Reward Credits for the purchase but did not . I would like an answer on why this did not happen .

    XBox Live Rewards Not showing.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Not getting points added to my Xbox Reward credits

    Rebate Rewards Credits are calculated at the end of each month and will appear as Pending by the 15th of the following month. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    In order to receive the 15,000 preorder credits, you have to preorder the games from microsoftstore.com. Digital orders are not eligible.

    For future reference, it's best to post in the Rewards forums for assistance -

    Given the shady back and forth between Activision and MS, it wouldn't surprise me if the reward credits for digital pre-orders are mucked up as well.

    If its Xbox live rewards the points get added at the beginning of the following month and you have to have at least 100 points before they credit you

    Only purchases made with your Rewards Account's regional currency are eligible for Rewards. Since you registered as a Singaporean member, and your purchases were not made in SGD, they were not eligible for Rewards.
