not getting pin pictures show on my dash

is this a problem for everyone? Getting no pin pictures,no friend gamer pics,no achievement art or game clips showing on my console.

Also been unable to play Destiny since this problem has occured,keep getting the "turtle" code come up even though everything is fine on my consoles settings.

Nat is open,got a wired connection,12.8mb download & 8.9mb upload.

I'm all out of ideas and Xbox Support on Twitter haven't been able to help either so I thought I'd come on here and see if it's just me or not.

Is it possible to move or rearrange homepage?

Probably an older version of the dash.

Other than "pins" you can't move anything on the dash.

I have a 360 and I have the Gold Deals tab on my Dashboard, however, my son does not. How do I pin that to his dashboard so He can get free games. He plays more than I do. We are on seperate consoles, but I don't know how to pin that to his dash. Anyone
have any answers.

Have you tried to power cycle your console? You can do this by (when the console is on) holding down the power button on the front of the machine for 10seconds until the xbox turns off, unplugging the brick, and then leaving it for a minute or two. Then
plug it all back in, turn it on, and see if that has fixed the issue

Yes mate,done all the usual hard reset procedure. Been into my router and opened all the ports necessary too.

I've put it down to the preview program causing this,so I've opted out of it but that is still pending,have posted the issue to the preview program page through the console too. Games all work fine that are installed or disc based,with the exception of Destiny
(hard copy) that game is not working at all,hopefully that's a bungie problem. Cheers for the reply Denaz

I would stick with the thread in the preview program, as that would be my guess as to where the problem is coming from. Just make sure you report the error through your console too, as it sends a lot of data from the console to the team which they use to
diagnose the problem. To report an error through the console, have the error on screen, and hold down the xbox button on your controll, then select the "Report a problem" button and follow the details
