Not getting notifications!

I have very recently been getting this issue where I'm not receiving any of the notifications that you would normally receive. This is now the 3rd time I have posted a question on here for a very serious issue and it seems like they just keep popping up.
I have: reset it, cleared the MAC address, I've constantly got to restart it just to sign in as well. I even just had to buy a brand new ssd today just so I could play anything. The notifications that I'm talking about include, messages, party invites, game
invites, as well as even broadcasting notifications. The only reason I know I'm getting them is because I have the smartglass xbox app on my phone.

Have you made sure that you have notifications enabled on your Xbox One? If not follow the steps over on this

Yes! I removed my account from my xbox and put it back on and now it works! Thank you!

I know you said everything is turned on in the right places but under settings in the Xbox App are your notifications set to on? Specifically Live tile & Achievements?

My OS number is 6.2.10217.0 same as above.

I get the notifications while the XB1 is on, however if it is off I do not. I haven't tried not having the Skype app not running, but I'll probably find out when someone tries to call me and it does not go through.
