Not getting my monthly rewards for staying as a gold member

There are no offers to receive credits just for staying gold.

Are you only a new member to the rewards program, or xbox live in general?

If you were a gold member before joining the rewards program itself, you are not eligible for that particular reward.

Most rewards offers are for those who have not had those features already active before they had signed up for the program.

You're best bet is to take monthly surveys, refer friends, and stay on the look out for things you have not yet tried.

Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

—My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.
